Our Managing Agent client requires an Interim Facilities Manager for an immediate start (February 2019) to work on a 3 month FTC in Weston Super Mare.

Our client is a Managing Agent at a mixed use retail development in Weston Super Mare.

Description

The role of the Interim Facilities Manager will be to essentially help to troubleshoot some building fabric issues across the site which is newly occupied. You will be responsible for the management of third party suppliers and you will act as the main day to day contact on site for occupiers.

The majority of this role is focused around building fabric and M&E matters but there may be other ad hoc matters to deal with.

It will be important that you get to know the occupiers and develop a good working relationship with them.

Profile

To be considered for this role you must be able to commence the role in the early part of February. You will need to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of building fabric and M&E matters with experience of managing third party contractors.

The role is based in Weston Super Mare and you will be required to be on site 5 days a week.
