The Role

Reporting into an Executive Director for the UK you will join as the Operations Director for a portfolio of 4 different client contracts across the South East worth about £35m. The role will manage a team of account leads on each of the contracts which are a mix of private sector organisations. These are TFM and hard service contracts with significant room for organic growth in each which you can play an instrumental part in developing. There is a large team to manage delivering a diverse range of hard and soft services into secure and critical environments across the client’s property portfolios.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a strong TFM background. You will ideally have worked with large corporate TFM clients previously and have excellent relationship building skills. This is a senior operational role managing multimillion-pound contracts and therefore the individual will have to have the experience and ability to manage large operational teams and interact with stakeholders at a senior level. Strong commercial and interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to develop organic growth.
