Property & Facilities Management – Business Transformation Consultant

Permanent and Associate Roles

We are looking for experienced transformation professionals, with Property and Facilities Management expertise, to work with our team and local authority clients. Your role will be to deliver organisation-wide transformation programmes, including the design, build and implementation of new operational models to improve efficiencies and the performance of the service.

The ideal candidate will have Property and/or Facilities Management experience with specialist, strategic and operational expertise, and core skills in stakeholder engagement, financial modelling and delivering financial benefits, project management and business analytics and will be used to working in a programme environment.

Candidates should be prepared to be involved and lead all elements of Property and FM projects through from design to implementation. A track record in delivering transformation and operational change with measurable outcomes is essential. Property and/or Facilities Management expertise within a public sector setting is advantageous as is experience of designing and/or implementing corporate landlord models.

In addition, candidates must be able to demonstrate strong personal attributes: leadership, people, communication and performance management skills; client and stakeholder management skills; be a highly motivated self-starter and adaptable team player; oral and written presentation skills; and, an ability to personally align with the values and culture of Peopletoo.
