Engineering Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the property team of this market leading client side organisation. Although this role has a Nationwide remit, you will be working from home and provide engineering expertise across a commercial property portfolio, predominately throughout the East and West Midlands. You will ensure that the mechanical, electrical and services infrastructure is maintained, enhanced and fully compliant with statutory compliance, SOP's and industry best practice. You will manage the asset, capital expenditure, planned and reactive maintenance and regulatory compliance required across the portfolio, as well management of all Engineering related works including such as lifts, fire alarm systems, access control, emergency lighting systems, electrical projects, PV systems, Lightning and surge protection, and distribution systems.

You will be an experienced Engineer, ideally from a mechanical background with a with recognisable qualification and membership of a professional body. You will also have a demonstrable track record in capital and planned maintenance budgeting, as well as experience in the control of contractors using KPI's specifications and service level agreements.
