My client is a small but rapidly growing award winning casual dining business in central London.

As a result of growth within the business they require a hands on maintenance / FM manager to join the fast paces business.

Role.

Within the small but growing estate you will establish robust maintenance and facility standards across the portfolio.

You will be responsible for the condition of the restaurants internally and externally, including all equipment, materials, fixtures, fittings and finishes, and maintained to the highest standards at all times.

The Facilities Manager will also ensure that sufficient processes are in place to actively manage all necessary reactive and planned repairs in an efficient and cost effective way, as well as implementing all necessary health & safety requirements are proactively managed.

Responsibilities.

Planned & scheduled weekly and monthly routine and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure fully operational facilities and high standards at all times

A sound understanding of: Electricity at Work and Health / Safety at Work regulations & best practice;

Computer literate, preferably with some experience of planned maintenance systems;

Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance;

 Working with external contractors/suppliers.
