Our Client:

A London based property management company is looking for a Facilities Manager with a track record of management of commercial properties. The key day to day role will incorporate;

Role details:

  • Manage a portfolio of mixed use, retail and commercial office sites across London
  • Ensure all statutory compliance is achieved for the portfolio
  • Oversee a team of building managers including training and development
  • Prepare all service charge budgets
  • Lead the procurement and day to day management of sub contractors
  • Financial management of expenditure and budgets
  • Arrange and chair regular meetings with clients
  • Manage all HSE matters for the sites
  • Coordinate additional/ project works

Requirements:

You will have a good understanding of managing commercial properties across a variety of sectors and knowledge of service charge budgets and lease agreements is essential for the role. You will ideally hold IOSH or NEBOSH and previous team management experience would be an
