This role will appeal to senior facilities professionals with prior experience of managing UK and global portfolios, particularly in the UK, Asia and Africa.

Your new role
As the Senior Facilities Services Manager you will be responsible for implementing the company's global facilities management strategy. Reporting into one of the organisations senior Directors, this is an incredibly varied role with key responsibilities including the management of planning, sourcing and opening of new offices globally, procurement of vendor partners, management of facilities projects, lease negotiations, security arrangements and management of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior senior global facilities management experience, ideally from a corporate or financial investments background. Experience of opening new offices, including all aspects of its planning and execution is critical. Other critical experience includes; financial/budget management, procurement of contracts, security, BCP, move management, insurances, lease negotiation, H&S and direct/remote management of staff.
