Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager

The Company.

Our client are a friendly, family owned building services maintenance company with a brilliant reputation, excellent retention of staff and a strong pipeline of work for 2019.

Due to having such a positive year they are now looking for an Operations Manager based from their head office in Milton Keynes.

The Role

Working alongside two field based contract managers and a large group of mobile engineers, your role will focus less on Contract Management and more on man and process management.

In addtion to strong man management skills they are looking for an individual who can implement robust operational and commercial processes in order to improve the client experience, prductivity and ultimately add to the bottom line.

Our client delivers mobile building services maintenance and compliance services, so it is impreitive you understand what success looks and feels like in a similar business.

The Opportunity
