Job Details
Stand as the authorised person for Electrical, Medical Gas Piped system, Ventilation, Lifts and maintaining records of Electrical & Mechanical systems to meet requirements.
Identification of statutory and NHS standards applicable to Estates function and development and management of systems to ensure full compliance is achieved.
Review/audit of Estates statutory and NHS standards compliance.
