As the organisation continues to grow they require talented and career driven professionals to sustain this and are now looking to recruit a Service Performance Delivery Manager.
Your new role
As the Service Performance Delivery Manager, you will support the Global Account Director and senior management team using data analysis and available reporting tools to assist in the effective delivery of KPI's and the contracts overall success. Driving best practice and continuous improvement, you will manage a client dynamic and monthly reporting of performance data against KPIs. Part of this role will be to manage an internal team of five including helpdesk, scheduler and PPM planner.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail. A team player, you must be able to network both internally within the contract and the clients team. Technical skills required include advanced IT skills in Microsoft packages (Excel) and share point database experience.
