Electrical Design Engineer
Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS Trust in London who is urgently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team.
Length: 6 Months - potential to extend
Rate: £27ph – £33ph
Job Description - Electrical Design Engineer
- 37.5 hrs/week covering multiple sites
- Preparing detailed design, calculations for all elements and preparation of specifications
- Design and specifications to cover all elements of electrical design and calculations specifically but limited to Heath care

UPS Systems
IPS Systems
Lighting and Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
Nurse Call
Bed Head Trunking
Security Systems
IS Systems (Passive elements)
- Conversant with all relevant standards i.e. HTM's BS's IEE Wiring Regs
- Liaison with Contractors
- Liaison with external Consultants
- Attend site meetings with the team to monitor ongoing installations as they evolve
- Attend site to trouble shoot should the need arise
- Attend site to carryout witness testing of installed system
