Our Client:

Global FM business are looking for a senior project director to lead a team delivering FM/M+E projects across London and some of the UK

Role details:

  • Grow and develop a PM team delivering projects across a variety of contracts
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to key timescales to financial requirements
  • Cross selling across existing contracts for project work
  • Oversee all risks and compliance for the contracts
  • Delegation of contracts to team
  • Production of milestone planning and regular reports to key client contacts
  • Maximise profitability for contracts through managing the supply chain
  • Development of project financial plans

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record in delivering large FM/M+E projects and developing a team.

Strong experience of developing new project opportunities is also essential for the role as is knowledge of managing a p+l.
