Head of Estates and Facilities Client Side Opportunity Salary up to £70,000 per annum

Your new role
You will be responsible for the strategic as well as operational management of the estate. You will implement the estate strategy including the optimisation of the organisation's assets. You will be responsible for the statutory and regulatory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance programme and budget, delivery and implementation of appropriate health and safety policies, contract tender and management as well as overseeing the Estates and Facilities team, including appraisals and professional development.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Facilities and Estates Management professional operating at a senior management level. You must be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified. You must have excellent people management skills, be a good communicator and negotiator in order to form successful working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience in contract and budget management.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience plus a benefits package.
