Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management - Client Side - up to £110,000 + Bonus

An industry leading multinational energy supplier. my client an FTSE100 leading supplier of energy in the UK, Europe and North America who show continued growth and development are looking to satisfy the changing needs of customers worldwide. This role will appeal to senior Real-estate and Facilities Management professionals who have operated at board level strategic matters with prior experience managing UK and European portfolios

Your new role
As the Head of Real Estate and Facilities Management you will have a major role in the optimisation of a 100-plus real estate portfolio in Europe as well as development and management of the current and future work space. An integral part of the role will be to implement and developed a strategic map to meet business changes and to optimise overall costs. The role leads an internal team of 11 that manages the outsourced services of suppliers for the real estate and facilities departments.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have prior experience in leadership that manages the strategy and implementation of board level real estate matters getting into the operational details of the daily matters of facilities management. This will consist of managing an international portfolio in continental Europe, delivering real estate, facilities and project management services through outsourced suppliers. You must be experienced in building a successful team with the right balance of safety, service and culture. the successful candidate would educated to a degree level and would hold either RICS or an IWFM membership.


What you'll get in return
An industry competitive salary of up to £110,000 + an attractive bonus with the opportunity to earn up to £200,000.
