Job Description

As key member of the Global Real Estate and Facilities Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Real Estate/Facilities, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership of Facilities and related services within the EMEA/APAC region.

The Director of Facilities will encounter highly complex problems in a variety of situations where analysis is required. Problem solving, using considerable and rational judgement, leading to routine and specific recommendations is an essential part of this role.

Demonstrable experience of multi-year/multi-site experience in managing hard and soft services would be beneficial, coupled with exposure to multiple budgets across a variety of currencies.

We are looking for excellent manager of people, with a demonstrable track record of understanding and applying Facilities Management principles across EMEA/APAC.

Based in the UK, the role will be required to travel up to 40-50%.

The Successful Applicant

Applications for the Director Facilities role are encouraged from candidates who possess the following skills and experience:

* Experience of people management supported by a proven track record of change management processes

* Must have extensive understanding and application of Facilities Management principles, concepts, practices and standards in EMEA/APAC regions

* Relevant University degree and a minimum of 10 years progressive experience

* Knowledge and Experience of working within a manufacturing/light industrial sector would be advantageous.
