National Facilities Manager – Retail

£52-55k + car + bonus + package

Location – Midlands or South base (commutable to Berkshire)

We are working with a leading, Global Facilities Management Service provider to recruit a National Facilities Manager to deliver a range of FM services across a national retail portfolio.

The National FM will be responsible for the delivery of Maintenance, Compliance and Projects across +250 retails sites, for a Blue-Chip client, across the UK reporting into the Account Director and leading a Management team.

You will also work closely with and coordinate with a central mobile engineering resource as well as selected specialist sub-contractors to ensure top class service delivery.

We are ideally looking for the National FM to be based in the Midlands or South of the UK as there is an expectation for you to be in the clients Headquarters in Berkshire a couple of days per week with your remaining time spent traveling to sites as and when required.

You will need to be strong from a commercial and financial perspective as you will be responsible performance for the retail element of this large national FM contract. You will also report into the Retail client and will be responsible for your team’s performance and development.

A technical (mechanical or electrical) background is highly desirable and experience of delivering FM within a retail environment is essential.
