Job Details
MLC Partners are working with an NHS Trust in London who is looking to recruit an Interim Head of Estates to lead their estates team.
Length: 3-6 months
Rate: £300-350 per day, inside IR35
Key Duties:
The Interim Head of Estates will be responsible for planning and managing the Estates services for the Trust. This will include:
You will be responsible for the operational day to day functions of the department, which include:
- Overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance works
- Managing budgets and the estates team
- Ensuring an effective estates service is delivered for the Trust
- Maintaining estates compliance, including statutory, regulatory and HTMs
The suitable candidate:
- Should have substantial experience in senior Estates management, within the NHS
- An understanding of NHS Estates compliance requirements, including HTMs
- Have experience of managing staff and be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
