As the client-side project manager you will govern projects from conception to completion and will be tasked for monitoring and reporting on every stage of each project

In addition to project planning and delivery you will be responsible for helping develop project briefs working closely with external designers, architects and engineering consultants..

Although there are many exciting, larger projects planned for this year, the successful candidate will also help oversee special FM type projects, small refurbishments and end of life plant replacment projects. Experience of this would be beneficial. For someone used to constantly managing big fitouts or new builds these will seem trivial in comparison but are bread and butter projects in this role.

This will be a fast pased, client-side project management role, paying up to £65,000 plus benefits.
