Business Development Manager
Our client, an international manufacturer and service provider for the property management security industry are currently on the look out for a National Business Development Manager to grow and develop new accounts across the UK.
The successful candidate will be expected to grow revenue and meet sales objectives through a strategic sales plan. You will be expected to communicate with potential clients on the phone, face to face, networking events and exhibiting/ speaking at conferences & client meetings.
Your training will be extensive, preparing you for the future and developing your understanding of all aspects of the products and business. Your personal development will be ongoing, both during the company’s evolution and beyond. Our client believes in nurturing our most important asset, identifying our employee’s ambitions and promoting from within whenever possible. The role will be fast paced, offering you the opportunity to be pro-active in your business development, resulting in much shared success.
The ideal candidate will have vast experience of working within the Security or Facilities Management sector and will hold some well established relationships with contacts within the sector. Ideally you will have 5-8 years experience of working within a sales environment and be an enthusiastic results driven individual. Due to the expectation of travel you will posses a valid UK driving license.
In return, our client are offering a salary up to £45,000 per annum plus a structured bonus structure and benefits package (Including Car allowance, life insurance & pension).
