On-Site Facilities Specialist 5 x Positions

We currently have a number of positions available within FM and we are looking for the right person who can work as part of a team in ensuring that our stores are maintained to a high standard, providing a great environment for our co-workers and customers. The ideal candidates will need to be self-motivated, have good organisational skills and be confident in communicating at all levels. You will also need a background in maintenance and hold a trade qualification either electrical, mechanical or plumbing.

Responsible for the day to day delivery of both soft and hard services within an IKEA store, the role requires effective management and communication with key stakeholders both internal and external.  Contractor Management is a major part of the role, as is ensuring legal compliance.

Dealing with many varied tasks, inclusive of building and equipment maintenance, projects, statutory compliance, quotes, procurement, budgets, audits, records management and lifecycle.
