Interim Compliance & Maintenance Manager
Our Powys based client require a Compliance & Maintenance Manager on an interim basis.
Health care organisation based in Powys.
Reporting into the Head of Estates, the Interim Compliance & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for operational compliance across the health care estate which will include legionella, asbestos, fire safety, electrical, ventilation and medical gases.
You will need to ensure that there is a robust process and management system in place to ensure that compliance is being met.
As well as compliance you will also be responsible for developing and implementing a maintenance strategy which will include managing both in house staff and also third party contracts. You will need to manage a budget of approximately £1.2m appropriately and will also need to look at a sustainable life cycle replacement programme.
To be considered for this position you will need to hold an engineering or building services degree (or equivalent level of qualification).
Prior experience of running and managing compliance and maintenance within a health care environment would be advantageous.
The role is based in Powys and you will need to be on site 5 days a week.
