Over recent years they have grown their global footprint and now deliver services to major corporate names on all 4 continents
Your new role
They have recently won and mobilised a major corporate account, with a number of high-end office locations in London and regional offices further afield you will be responsibilities will be.
- Managing a large P&L
- Working with the customer to identify services improvements and contract additions
- Managing in house and supply chain service teams
- Developing high end, hotel style and hospitality services across the portfolio
- Ensuring contractual compliance
- Contract development
What you'll need to succeed
We are recruiting for an experienced, resilient and diplomatic Account Director, you must have a proven background managing and developing corporate accounts at a senior level and have the ability to operate at board level. Whilst the contract is a TFM delivery that includes critical environments its important the Account Director is used to managing and delivering softer, hospitality style services.
