Our client is an established FM Service Provider with a strong presence in the public and government sectors. It is currently looking to hire a proven Bid Manager to join the Business Development Team.

As the Bid Manager, you will report into the Head of Work Winning and lead the completion of the pricing element of all bid opportunities ensuring production of winning and deliverable solutions. In addition, you will develop the integrated FM Cost Model and produce financial reports for the Business Development function.

The Bid Manager will develop and maintain a benchmarking and pricing database, including mapping actual costs and solutions delivered by the operational teams to support continuous improvement in the development of high-quality solutions.

The successful Bid Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role ideally working for another FM Service Provider in the market. You will have a good understanding of the FM market and have experience of managing complex data, understanding tables and extreme calculations.  In addition, you must be a team player, have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
