Head of Estates

Cobalt Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust in London to source an interim Head of Estates, paying up to £350 per day LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be able demonstrate a strong track record in managing contractors and will have 5+ years of PFI experience within a healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has the following:

• Experience of successfully managing engineering teams within the NHS
• Track record of managing contractors
• PFI experience
• Come from a building services engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to liaise with key stakeholders

My client would also be interested in making the chosen candidate the permanent Head of Estates, if successful within the interim period.
