Description

• Part time role - circa 20 hours a week

• Oversee a £3million project

• Put together a programme

• Stakeholder management - regular report to the board of directors

• Responsible for a team of engineers

• Support the estate manager

• Strong team management skills - assessing individual performance, through KPI's

• Liaise with the residents in a professional manager
