Regional Operations Manager technically working out of Stratford, London and then managing contract’s covering the south £55,000 -62,000 plus package and car/car allowance and generous benefits

A global FM provider with a strong presence in both private and public sectors across the UK. Our client manages a range of high profile contracts through out a variety of industries this role sit’s within their energy providing sector.

Your new role
As a Regional Operations Manager you will manage a facilities teams to provide PPM’s and reactive maintenance on numerous decentralized energy centers & community energy. This role sits one underneath the MD of the sector and will include managing commercial’s with around £6m P&L, also increasing revenue of contracts and increasing the portfolio from 6 contracts as it’s sit’s currently. The role is very client facing and will involve maintaining and improving stakeholder relationships

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have community energy experience and work well managing a team, the role requires someone with a mobilization understanding to implement process on newly won contracts. A strong H&S and compliance understanding is key, having a technical qualification within M+E will be key and experience of working within a similar role.
