We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to join a large  scale facilities management service provider with a contract in Bedfordshire

Job Description

As a Soft Services Manager  you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, supervisors and subcontractor  across multiple sites in Bedfordshire. You will have experience of leading teams within soft services  disciplines and be able to demonstrate leadership and communication qualities. You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained across all sites, managing rotas, monitoring and auditing for compliance on the contract, dealing with disciplinary procedures and being the main point of contact for the client.

Qualifications/Requirements

As the Soft Services Manager / Cleaning Manager you will:

• have experience within a similar role managing a team of cleaners, supervisor and subcontractor
• previous experience within PFI or education (Advantage)
• have previously managed budgets and payroll
• be an excellent verbal and written communicator
