My client is an award-winning, chartered surveyors based in Bristol. Together, we are looking for an experienced Facilities professional to establish a new Facilities Management department. This is an exciting, new opportunity for a confident and capable individual to work with the senior management and offer, existing clients a Facilities Management solution. Due to client demand, our client is seeking a candidate to; set up a preferred contractor supplier network, to ensure compliance, to act as first point of contact for any reactive issues and to manage the planned maintenance programmes. You will be based in Bristol and cover a portfolio of properties across the South West.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a strategic FM role, with the ability to implement new policies, systems and processes. You will be an approachable individual and enjoy business development. Preferably, you will have experience of delivering a FM service to the education sector.
