A private family office based in Central London (Victoria). We are seeking a Facility Manager who will be assisting in managing a medium portfolio of properties across central London. The company is looking to expand the portfolio each year and is actively seeking new investment opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Day to day management of building services
Liaising with tenants and resolving tenant complaints in a timely manner
Procurement and management of contracts ensuring appropriate levels of service are achieved at competitive prices
Reviewing subcontractors’ reports and acting upon
Dealing with emergency call outs during and outside usual business hours
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of health and safety, emergency procedures and any statutory requirements
Regular reporting and written recommendations to a management team
Preparing a plan of preventive works and keeping control of it
Assisting in preparation of service charge budgets
Coordinating audit of facilities/systems
Seeking increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Project management of building projects, renovations or refurbishments
Key experience:
Multi-site experience at commercial properties
Managing corporate, high-profile tenants
Managing subcontractors
Overseeing minor project works
Health & Safety and compliance
