Facilities Management Apprenticeships Programme Delivery Manager
We’re looking for an individual experienced in facilities management and programme delivery to develop and drive our new Facilities Management apprenticeship provision!

You will be responsible for the development, management and continuous improvement of UCEM Facilities Management Apprenticeship programmes, so they’re effectively planned, developed, promoted and delivered to the highest quality. You must ensure this provision not only meets the industry/employer needs and requirements, but also motivates and engages apprentices to achieve success, enabling them to progress beyond even their own expectations. Your accountabilities will include recruitment and management of tutors/assessors; reviewing of non-standard applications; continuous programme review; KPI reporting and management; quality assurance; and budget management.
Initially the role will focus in the development and implementation of the Level 3 Facilities Management Supervisor Apprenticeship but will extend to other facilities management apprenticeships as UCEM’s provision grows.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
- Relevant professional body membership (or willingness to attain)
- Quality Assurance qualification (or willingness to attain)
- Minimum Level 2 Maths and English (or willingness to attain)
- Experience in Facilities Management discipline
- Demonstrable experience in curriculum planning and development (FE and/or HE)
- Quality monitoring experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial planning and management skills
- Intermediate IT skills and passion in using technology to enhance learning
A bachelor’s or post graduate degree and recognised teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential.
