Your new company
A specialist building services consultancy offers a full range of services across the UK including project design, FM consultancy, project management, surveys, and technical advisory. Working closely with landlords, tenants and end clients their objective is to understand their requirements and provide advice and services. Their FM consultancy teams are growing in 2019 to support excellent opportunities in this growing business.
Your new role
You will join a growing FM consultancy in a Multi-disciplinary team to outline strategy and provide professional advice and support for the operations and maintenance of workspace and property. In your new role you will conduct benchmarking surveys, site reviews and audits to ensure compliance with performance and statutory requirements. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive and profitable relationships with clients as well as attending meetings and submitting reports. Another aspect of the role will be FM service procurement this includes budgeting, specification and KPI development, emulation and negotiating, monitoring and inspection.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong back ground in Facilities Management Consultancy with experience in contract administration, procurement, service delivery, Audit and maintenance planning. You will hold a IWFM membership and/or Chartered surveyor status (RICS) and will hold a full UK driving licence.
