Technical Building Services Manager
My client, the UK’s largest provider of high-quality city centre student accommodation, is recruiting a Technical Manager support the estates team in developing and delivering the strategy for the management and delivery of maintenance, both reactive and planned, maximising asset life and operating within clear health and safety and statutory guidelines to provide 100% compliance.
The position offers a wide variety of operational and strategic responsibilities including building compliance, M&E asset surveying, PPM scheduling, providing technical advice to the estates maintenance team and involvement in project management and installations. An in-house technical guru.
The London portfolio is a mix of very modern properties (including some under construction) and older stock, where overhaul or plant replacement is required. Approx. 30 buildings in total.
We are ideally looking for someone with multi-site experience in one or more the following sectors – student accommodation, higher education, Universities, NHS/ healthcare, hotel, retail or HM forces.

A salary of c£50k is offered with 10% car/ travel allowance and 10% bonus potential, 25 days holiday and good pension
