Our client is an industry leading facilities management service provider, who run a vast number of FM contracts across the UK. A new role has recently been created for a technical operational support manager, who will be working on one of their premier contracts. This role will report directly into a senior operations director.

For this role you need to be from a technical background and will be a creative thinker who can add real value to the business and the contract’s operations.

This role will involve working alongside the engineering and helpdesk teams, where you will be able to offer advice and solutions so that our client is able to achieve maximum efficiency on the contract.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, reactive and technical support to the operational and helpdesk teams, managing quotations for chargeable works, ensuring quotations are dealt with in an effective and timely manner, maximising revenue and profits for the specific contract, workflows hit KPIs and SLAs, developing and maintaining relationships with established and new customers, ensuring targets are hit, ensuring correct documentations are submitted in an orderly fashion, general paperwork, site visits, general paperwork.
