Your new role
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing Health & Safety, Service Delivery, Space Management across the business. The role will manage multiple sites across London ensuring that all locations are maintained to a high standard. You will proactively recommend and lead on improvements to premises and control all Facilities related Budget spending.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in Legal/Professional services in a management position. You will hold either IOSH or NEBOSH and hold an IWFM membership. You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively. You will have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a professional manner and have a high level client focused quality service delivery. A strong client service ethos coupled with a proactive can-do approach will be needed
What you'll get in return
You will receive a generous salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
