12 month temporary contract working within HM Prisons, project managing a nationwide building survey
Project Manager- HMP
Working across a region , you will be based on site at Prisons and other properties owned by the MOJ.
The primary purpose of this role is to project manage and co-ordinate external consultants who will be undertaking an asset survey of the prison estate, providing regular reports and progress updates to the central FM and Estates Director.
You will effectively manage and co-ordinate the Asset surveyors, liaising and communicating effectively with all stakeholders, ensure there is consistent attention to detail on the Asset data collection and that they are recorded correctly.
You will ideally have a building/engineering/construction maintenance background and a proven track record in carrying out asset/building surveys. Further to this, you will have experience in project management and co-ordination. You will be highly skilled in making effective decisions, leading and communicating, collaborating and partnering, managing a quality service and delivering at pace.
This is anticipated to be a 12 month contract on an hourly rate but could be extended beyond that.
This role will be subject to security clearance and vetting.
