Our client, a leading Property Management organisation are currently on the search for an Operation Manager to over see day to day operations within a public building.

 

Reporting direct into the Property Manager, the main responsibilities include:

 

-Ensure that the day-to-day running of the property is effective and efficient.

-Develop excellent lines of communication with all fellow Management staff, tenants, contractors, customers and the Landlord.

-Ensure that the property is maintained to an excellent standard and contractors are carrying out their work to an appropriate standard.

-Supervise service contracts and maintaining up-to-date records of all work carried out by outside contractors.

-Maintain overall control of the security operations, paying particular regards to incident response and customer care.

-To ensure that Operational Reports are accurate up to date at all times.

-Maintain security of all documentation/information and acting at all times with the utmost discretion when dealing with potentially sensitive matters.

-Attend all Management Meetings and any other meeting as requested by the Property Manager, Surveyor or Landlord.

-Assist with the preparation and monitoring of budgets against levels agreed with Management Surveyor.

-Check tenants’ units on a regular basis having regard for state of repair.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in Management of security, cleaning and maintenance within a public building and have the knowledge of managing a budgets. You will be an excellent communicator and have to ability to adapt to an everchanging, fast paced enviroment The candidate will be Health & Safety savvy and hold a NEBOSH Certificate.

 

In return, our client is offering a salary between £26,000 & £28,000 plus benefits.
