Our client is a leading Facilities Management service provider. They are seeking a facilities coordinator to join a contract based a school they provide the facilities management for in North West London.
You will ideally have experience of working in the facilities management sector, have good IT skills and have an excellent phone manner.
This role has the opportunity for real progression with the company and your career. The previous facilities co-ordinator has recently been promoted to a facilities manager.
Duties will include, but are not limited to co-ordinating labour schedules for a team of engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated to engineers, authorising engineer holiday/ holiday cover and overtime requests, identify schedule/ workload priorities, general administrative tasks, paperwork, client relations
· Monday – Friday, 8-5
· Salary £24000 - £26000
