OCS are looking to recruit a Hard Services Manager in a well-known sports facility in South London. This is an opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to work in one of the most historic stadiums in the world, the Kia Oval, within our evolving Destinations & Venues sector.

As the Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational delivery and maintenance of Hard Services (Total Facilities Management (TFM) and/or pure Hard Services) within the Facilities Services Division of the stadium.

You will be providing day to day management of the maintenance teams and supply chain, ensuring the highest possible service is being delivered to the client whilst maintaining efficient use of the resources available, this will require a focus on;

• Providing technical support to the maintenance teams and site facilities manager, ensuring high standards throughout the operation
• Managing planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and provide detailed performance reports
• Ensuring all sub-contractors are managed effectively using standard company documentation
• Supporting the maintenance team to deliver the services set out in the contract agreement
• Ensuring contract and health and safety compliance across all the client's buildings
• Managing site maintenance personnel to ensure resources are fully trained and on-site during contracted hours

You will be a proactive leader, capable of delivering Hard Services results as well as managing and guiding a team. With excellent networking and influencing skills, you will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client and other areas of the business to ensure profitable growth.

You will also need:

• Strong experience within Total Facilities Management (TFM) or Hard/Maintenance Services
• The ability to motivate and drive performance through your team
• To hold a BIFM qualification or relevant degree in mechanical building services engineering or have equivalent experience (preferable)
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience of identifying & driving new areas of growth within a Hard Services contract
