Our Client:

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior FM operator with experience of managing FTSE 100 corporate accounts to lead a national contract. Key deliverables will include;

Role details:

• National delivery of TFM services within a corporate sector client
• Setting annual strategy for the account
• Budget management of 8-10m
• Leading an operational team across multiple sites
• Management of all key sub-contractor relationships
• Senior stakeholder management
• Growing the business and demonstrating cost efficiencies to the client
• Overseeing all HSE matters for the account

Requirements:

You will have a strong background in TFM delivery within a FTSE 100 business and both client and provider side experience would be preferable. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders is also important for this role.
