European Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a EMEA Lead to define Maintenance strategy across 40 critical facilities for a large tech company ensuring best practice and industry standards are used across their European portfolio.

Due to the nature of the environment they are looking for someone with a strong technical M&E background (preferably with banking / broadcast / data centre experience) who can lead through engagement.

Key Duties.

• Set and regularly report on the company's European maintenance targets.
• Review and standardise group engineering maintenance procedures, engineering method statements, risk assessments and asset records.
• Review that all relevant maintenance contracts are in place and are cost effective, looking at the possibilities of consolidation and standardisation to reduce risk and cost.
• Define and review standard subcontractor KPI's and SLA's. They will hold regular meetings with all country maintenance leads to discuss performance and any maintenance related issues.
• They will be responsible in ensuring that all company asset information is held on the central CAFM system.
• Auditing of all countries facilities to inspect conformance to central maintenance policies
