Health and Safety Manager - Housing association, repairs and maintenance
A not for profit Housing Association that is committed to helping their local neighbourhoods be great places to live and meeting their customer needs.
As Health and Safety manager you will provide leadership, advice,support and guidance on all aspects of health and safety across the business. You will work collaboratively with all departments including the busy in house repairs and estate Servcie team. By putting in controls to monitor health and safety compliance you will need to engage and motivate managers to embed good H&S practice that exceeds Statutory requirements.
You will be knowledgable in all areas of Asset Management- Asbestos, Fire Safety, and ISO45001. you will have NEBOSH certificate as a minimum and IOSH managing safety. Ideally you will be experienced of working within either a local authority property or housing association team. A driving license is essential.
A salary of £38760 + essential car user £1657
23 days increasing to 28 days + Bank holidays
