Job Title: Workplace & Recovery Setting Manager (Facilities & IT)
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary: £38,402 - £44,374
The Connection at St. Martins (CSTM) is based in the heart of London, near Charing Cross Station and Trafalgar Square. CSTM has been helping homeless people since the First World War and is one of London’s largest homelessness charities.
We have an annual turnover of £4.9m, a staff team of 75 and around 50 regular volunteers. Alongside our own fundraising and some statutory work, the charity benefits from the BBC Radio 4 Christmas Appeal, run by our partners - the St. Martin’s Charity. CSTM has a high profile and a sound financial footing and there are close working links with Westminster City Council, The Passage, St. Mungos and West London Mission.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation in this role. Being part of St Martin’s, we are located in historic buildings, which were refurbished ten years ago and we are now planning a £12m capital replacement and update programme across the wider site.
The role of Workplace & Recovery Setting Manager will focus on partnering, planning and delivering as a trusted partner across these areas:
• Delivering a great service and spaces to clients, staff, and all building users
• Manage our Landlord and tenant relationships for maximum impact
• Ensure the buildings are compliant, safe and effective
• Deliver services internally that are really valued
• Ensure our IT is effective for users, compliant and secure
This role requires someone who can combine technical skills (Project Management, IT, H&S, contractor management) with the soft skills to build relationships, working closely with stakeholders and delivering great services to internal and external customers.
