Our client, a leading FM Service Provider have instructed us to assist with the recruitment of a Facilities Manager on to a TFM contract within the retail sector.
Our client is leading FM Service Provider who are providing TFM services to a retail client based in Somerset.
In this Facilities Manager position you will be the senior site lead overseeing a TFM contract across the site.
As this is a high footfall site you will need to ensure that there is a high level of customer service being delivered across the site in particular with regards to cleaning. Security is also another high priority service that needs to be operating at a high level on a day to day basis.
You will manage a team which will consist of Assistant Managers, M&E Maintenance staff, Cleaners & Security Guards. Day to day you will be responsible for ensuring that the site is adequately staffed and will ensure that that team follow both company and legal compliance. Naturally you will develop the team and be managing a high performing team who achieve objectives which are both operational and financial.
Client interaction will also be a key feature of this position and you can expect plenty of interaction with your client base who you will meet with on a regular basis to discuss the day to day operations of the site and review ongoing objectives.
The ideal applicant will be a Facilities Manager who can demonstrate a successful background of working within a TFM role. It would be advantageous to have a particular bias within cleaning and security.
The role is based in Somerset so ideally you will live within the Somerset region.
