Graduate opportunity within large Property service department for General practice/Estate Surveyor
Busy and progressive local authority with a large Property Services department. Working within a multi disciplinary team that provides valuation and estate management services for the council and external clients.
This is an opportunity for either a recent graduate 2019 or a graduate with some experience to gain experience across a wide property and land portfolio.
You will be working in a supportive and collaborative team environment, with MRICS members able to mentor and sign off your APC diary.
You will need to be a graduate in a relevant property subject and keen to progress your career within general practice surveying and through your APC gain RICS status.
A flexible approach to taking on a variety of tasks and willingness to help staff and co-operate and support your colleagues is really important along with passion and enthusiasm.
This is a temporary appointment initially.
