Our client, an international manufacturer and service provider for the property management security industry are currently on the lookout for a team of Business Development Executives to grow and develop new accounts across the UK.
The successful candidate will be expected to grow revenue and meet sales objectives through a strategic sales plan. You will be expected to communicate with potential clients on the phone, face to face, networking events and exhibiting/ speaking at conferences & client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Security or Facilities Management sector and will have excellent industry knowledge however no previous sales experience is required. We are looking to speak with people who have a keen interest and/or passion for sales – someone who is looking for their big break! – this is a huge opportunity for someone in an untouched market. It is imperative you are willing to learn, train and be developed into a winning sales person.
Your training will be extensive, preparing you for the future and developing your understanding of all aspects of the products and business. Your personal development will be ongoing, both during the company’s evolution and beyond. Due to the expectation of travel you will possess a valid UK driving license.
In return, our client are offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a structured bonus structure and benefits package (Including Car allowance, life insurance & attractive bonus structure).
