Small Works Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Small Works Project Manager in Central London

  • Salary £50k - £60k + Car
  • Permanent opportunity
  • Managing multiple small works projects between 20k - 1m
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple small works projects ranging from 20k to 1m including refurbishments and fit outs

    The client is looking for someone who is experienced with managing multiple small work projects

    The majority of work involves plant replacements and fit outs in occupied office environments

    The role will involve travel across London

    Duties include:

  • Project planning from inception to completion
  • Identify risks and be able to plan accordingly
  • Programme, budgets, procurement management
  • Supply chain sourcing
  • Financial reporting/cost plans/margins
  • Customer relationships
  • Report and feedback as required
  • Project variations and extensions to the project brief.
  • Stakeholder relationships and managing key relationships with suppliers
  • Compliance with all H&S policies
  • Management of technical resources
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities and maximise on current accounts
  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Small works/Minor works project management role, managing multiple projects at one time
  • Good Commercial Acumen and ability to understand risks and Health & Safety
  • Ability to present commercial and financial reports/costing to senior members
  • Excellent Client facing skills, forward thinking and driven.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • NEBOSH/IOSH CSCS card and SMSTS qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to lead and motivate others
