Cobalt Recruitment is delighted to working alongside an award-winning property management company with a service-driven approach throughout their UK-wide portfolio. You will be required to work 4 days a week which is ideal for anyone seeking a better work/life balance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for building occupiers, building lasting professional relationships with them;
- Overseeing the running of the front of house team, as well as managing the work of external suppliers;
- Undertaking regular site inspections, and ensuring the building remains a safe, clean, and compliant property;
- Overseeing an effective and proactive maintenance programme for the site;
- Assisting with the management of service charge budgets;
- Other ad hoc duties.
