Job Details
A well known international property management firm is recruiting a couple of Facilities Portfolio Managers to manage landlord's FM services to across a number of commercial properties in the City of London and West End.
You will have responsibility for site inspections and monitoring cleaning, security and building maintenance contractors and ensuring that they are performing to the standards required by the SLAs and statutes. You will also be managing the relationships with senior FMs, surveyors and with corporate tenants, ensuring best value is provided and customer satisfaction achieved.
Our ideal candidate will already be working for a managing agent and have knowledge of multi-site property management, service charge, building compliance and H&S.
Our client will develop your skills set and will fund IWFM or RICS training for ambitious candidates. The positions come with corporate benefits and come with exceptional career prospects. Applicants must have minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
A salary of up to £37,000 is offered plus £3,350 car allowance, healthcare, pension, discretionary bonus etc.
