Minor Works Manager
Our client is an industry leading facilities management service provider who have a national presence. They are currently seeking a minor works manager to join one of their longstanding contracts in Staffordshire which has a public sector environment.
In this role there is a heavy focus upon Asbestos in the workplace, so any applicants will need to have their P405 Asbestos Management qualification or equivalent and solid experience in project management.
You will ideally be from a Facilities Management background or a similar industry, where you have experience of delivering minor project work and management of asbestos.
The duties of the minor works manager will include: carrying out asbestos surveys, conditional surveys and R.A.G. ratings, management of asbestos during office removals and refurbishments, identifying possible asbestos issues, quotations, contractor interaction and management, client interaction and being able to manage their expectations, designing and delivering best solutions for the clients, organising refurbishments, writing reports, Microsoft Excel reports amongst other duties.
· Salary - £30,000 - £34,000
· Company car provided
· Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
