My client is one of the leading FM & Maintenance providers in the UK. They operate across a wide range of markets within the private & public sector including Banking, Legal, Central Government, Education and Healthcare. They are currently responsible for the delivery of TFM services to a high-profile client based near Blackfriars and are seeking a Senior Hard FM Manager to oversee the technical delivery for the estate which also encompasses several satellite sites across the UK. The role will be based in London, reporting into the Account Director and working alongside a team of 5 other Senior Managers who are responsible for specific areas of the portfolio. The role will focus on Asset Management, Process Management and Innovation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Technical/Hard FM Manager who has led the delivery of services on a high profile commercial estate. You will have a strong technical background and have demonstrable experience of strategic management. The role will suit a confident and assertive individual who is not afraid of challenging the norm. The end client culture is based on process and innovation and would like to find an individual who can mirror these traits.
